Plant Foreman

Location: Eckman, WV

Prime Processing is hiring a Plant Foreman based at our Preparation Plant in Eckman, WV. This role is responsible for supervising plant operations and ensuring the safety of workers at the preparation plant. They oversee the processing and transportation of materials, as well as manage workers and maintain equipment. A plant foreman must have a deep knowledge of plant operations and safety procedures, as well as be able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including miners, engineers, and regulators.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Inspect the plant to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
• Develop and implement plans to optimize productivity and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on plant operations
• Train and mentor new employees on safe and efficient plant practices
• Monitor and manage inventory of plant equipment and supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mining Certifications and/or Licensure
• 3-5 years of mining experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong knowledge of mining operations, safety standards, and regulations
