Job Description
Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping has an immediate opportunity for a Department Administrator EH&S in our Windsor, Ontario Stamping Facility. The Department Administrator is responsible for supporting the Environmental Health & Safety team . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a stamping environment, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:

Provide support and conduct EHS Orientation including Safety Foundations training.

Maintain and update EHS documentation, including policies, procedures, training records, and incident reports.

Track and report on EHS metrics (e.g., incident rates, training completion, audit findings, environmental monitoring/measurement).

Review reports from Safety Reporting System and follow-up on any open / overdue corrective actions to ensure timelines are met.

Ensure contractor information and documentation is updated in ISNet and Excel.
Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in an administrative or EHS/HR supporting role in manufacturing or industrial/automotive environment is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Training on the required company systems will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer proven OHS or HR background and/or formal education
