Job Description
Cleveland-Cliffs Steel has an immediate opportunity for a Data Integrity Coordinator at our Rockport Works operation. The Data Integrity Coordinator is responsible for tracking coils as they go through each line. Data Integrity checks the information using the exit report data to ensure the coil retains the correct data for the customer order.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Monitor and correct tracking errors, weight discrepancies, footage errors, width & gauge errors, coils that do not report to shop floor and tagging coils
- Production entry and reporting
- Quality reporting to include data entry and report packets
- Reviews and prepares production reports
- Works with every department to correct data as needed, to ensure the quality of the coil is to specifications
- Assist accounting with production changes when requested to do so
- Performs cycle inventory counts
- Communicate with operations, both written and verbal
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Basic computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Prior experience working with manufacturing data/production tracking
